Paperwork is getting cheaper every month. Getting things done in India is not. Align India is a founder-led firm that gets foreign companies' plans running in India, checks the result against their standard, and hands the operation to the people who will run it.
Our story
Built on ground-level experience
Our work began on the ground: in manufacturing hubs, industrial estates, port terminals, distribution networks and government offices across India's major commercial states.
Projects have ranged from single-supplier sourcing to full market-entry programmes running eighteen months or more, covering entity formation, regulatory compliance, supplier networks, operational set-up and trade.
That experience means we know which industrial estates are established and which are aspirational, which entity structures have created problems in which sectors, and how decisions are actually made in the offices that grant approvals.
Your operation is built to run without us. We launch it, check it against your standard, put SOPs and accountability in place, hire the team that will run it, and move them onto your payroll. Most of our work is project-based. Where an operation needs continuing oversight, we stay on, and we are open to whatever structure fits your situation.

The strength Manjot brings is starting things: opening doors, closing the first deals and building the team that takes over. Every client project is led by Manjot personally.
